TALLAHASSEE, July 28, 2004 -- The Thirteenth Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission is now accepting applications for a county judge position. Applicants must be residents of Hillsborough County, registered voters, and a member of The Florida Bar for the past five years.
Applications may be downloaded from The Florida Bar's Web site or picked up from the office of the Chair, S. Cary Gaylord, Esquire, at 5001 W. Cypress St., Tampa, Florida 33607. The applications may be obtained from Mr. Gaylord's office at any time between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
At original plus nine copies of the completed application and Supplements A and B must be received by Mr. Gaylord no later than 5 p.m. on Tuesday, August 24, 2004.

2004 SUPREME COURT JUDICIAL NOMINATING COMMISSION SETS CONFERENCE CALL

TALLAHASSEE, July 30, 2004 -- The Supreme Court Judicial Nominating Commission announces that a telephone conference call has been set for Wednesday, August 4, 2004 at 8 a.m.
The purpose of the call will be the election of new officers. Anyone wishing to join the call should call contact Dean Colson, Vice Chair, at 305/476-7400.
